- Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, email, phone number, your area of interest, and your message.
- Technical data when you submit a form: IP address, browser type and the page you came from, used to prevent abuse.
- Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies: anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you asked about.
- To send you information about projects you expressed interest in. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website secure and improve it.
Sharing
We share your details only with service providers who help us run this website and communicate with you (for example email delivery), and, where you ask us to, with property developers or partners relevant to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@butterprop.com. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at the same address.
